3i Infotech acquires Strategic stake in IT System Integrator specialist Locuz
3i Infotech, a global information technology company, today announced that it has taken a strategic stake in Hyderabad based Locuz Enterprise Solutions (Locuz), a leading System Integrator and IT infrastructure solutions and services specialist. Under the terms of the agreement, 3i Infotech has currently acquired 26% of the share capital of Locuz; with an option to acquire the remaining stake in the company over an agreed time frame.

Locuz extends its Infrastructure Management Services outside India
